New membership

<p>I have been struggling for the past three months for new membership for my parents on Discovery keycare plus medical scheme,, once i received the email for coloumn 9,10 and 11 which were skipped signing,, i have printed it,, parents signed it,, and i have mailed it back the following day,, since then I do not get a reply from them,, it has been three months,, the service is very poor and bad in the new membership </p>
