New member medical card

New member card I am a new member of discovery health and must say that the general support and assistance is good, but does it really take more than 5 months to get a new membership card from you? i have been waiting since january for our cards and there is just no communication what so ever, and that includes my personal healthcare consultant. So your new card department is really in shambles. Please send the new card within the week.
