I have taken the plunge and moved to Discovery after being with my previous medical aid for 8 years. I have 2 PMB conditions and had endless problems this year to get the correct treatment etc from my medical aid and then decided I couldnt experience any worse than I have already done the last couple of months. Discovery Health only imposed a 3 month general waiting period and when my health care provider sent the needed application to Discovery on Wednedsday it took them 2 days to respond - my previous medical aid took 5 weeks. Thank you Discovery Health for making me feel welcome already.
