new med aid

hi<br> <br> ive been wanting to open up a key care med aid for my parents with discovery for over 3 weeks with no luck, they keep o transferring me from 1 consultant to another, the 1st guy I dealt with was Christopher nkomo, I told him I need an affordable med aid for my parents who are both pensioners and he said I must email all their details which I did and kept on sending him emails as to how far he was and he never even bothered to reply till yesterday when I tracked him down via phone that he told me his email is full and all his emails are going to his out box and eventually he told me he is not with key care , gave me a number *** to contact which I did and the guy that helped me gave me reference no *** and told me he will ask the financial department to assist me and the guy by the name of mandla called me immediately and said he will send me the application forms to fill in and till today im still waiting, does discovery want business or not and is this how the treat their clients, I have parents who cannot afford not to have a medical aid for crying out loud.
