Never there when you need them. Most disappointing waste of money

I've been with Discovery for over 15yrs and never had a bad thing to say. But after reaching out to them WITH a motivation for a dental procedure in hospital, and receiving such apathy towards my mental health. All their advertising to promote healthy lives is actually just a **** money making scheme.

I am immediately going to look for another medical aid after this cruel experience.
