Never take responsibility

<p>I get my insulin via Discovery's approved supplier, medexpress.</p> <p>One of the pens simply snapped in half, the pen was still two thirds full.</p> <p> </p> <p>Called discovery and was told its not their problem and I must go to Dischem to sort it or I must pay for a new one!!!!!!!</p> <p>Discovery insists that I use medexpress and now that there is a problem they walk away.</p> <p> </p> <p>Obviously I wont make the month with one pen short and then the Discovery "helathcare professionals" have a baby as I'm using "too much!!!!"</p> <p>Without a doubt discovery is the worlds most pathetic, *********** medical aid.</p> <p>Shocking service and bad attitude too</p>
