Kindly cancel Flexicare medical aid. Ot doesn't meet my needs. Secondly, I'm upset that I wasn't told about waiting period. I received documents however I think things like waiting period should be said over the phone. Companies in SA are ran by ******. This is *********.

Took my child to the Dr and I was told about the waiting period. I stood there looking like a fool. Fortunately I had money to pay.
