NEVER SIGN UP FOR A DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID AND CANCEL ALL YOUR MEDICAL AID POLICIES WITH THEM!!

Unbelievable zero customer service from them. Called once for information/appeal process on not paying for 2 claims = no response.

2nd call = no response

3rd call = no response

This is over 2 months.

I pay R1300 a month and had to pay R1400 for medical bills that Discovery didn't cover and cannot provide reasoning nor how to appeal.

I will cancel my Medical Aid with them and I strongly encourage everyone else to do the same instead of being held hostage by their prices and to 'Discover' at every turn that they don't cover more and more each year yet their prices go up.
