NEVER respond to email

<p>I have been struggling for over two months to get my MSA paid out to me despite having sent several requests and their requirements constantly changing each time i called. They advised that they had sent my request through after i sent a really ugly email but STILL no response. They don't care after you leave that is the bottom line. I need my money to pay dentist bills and yet they won't give me my money until five months down the line which is only mid way through next month..</p> <p>If i am ever in a financial situation where i can afford medical aid again Discovery will not even be an option. That after i have been a member for over 10 years.</p> <p>YOU SUCK!</p>
