Never choose Discovery

I would not even give it 1 star. This company is the biggest **** out there. I bought a car, 3 months later had and accident, fully paid for by my insurance company. But Discovery, every claim is rejected, every request is ignored, personal details are never updated, they haven't even updated my surname, the simplest request. I was asked to send a form from my GP stating I need to see a specialist. This form was sent in full details by my GP and they still refuse to pay the account for seeing the specialist. Yet all information thay asked for was provided. I didn't realize as as a woman I need permission from my GP to see a gynecologist. It ridiculous. Not to mention the fee for my specialist is cheaper than my monthly payment to discovery.

They don't call their clients, they lie about emails sent. I always do the follow ups, they send 1 email and when I respond it created a whole new email chain and they don't know what my email is about.

Most pathetic service I have ever experienced. I speak as a person who works front line with clients.

Unless you on the highest plan and have been with them for 30 years, don't expect anything.

Money making company. Simple.

If I got hit by a car I'm sure they will find a way to say it's a pre-existing condition and not have to cover any bill.

Discovery created a very hateful client. NOT ONE THING HAVE BEEN DONE... NOT ONE.
