Network Hospital not covered

I really feed **** to and ****med. I was told that mediclinic cape town is part of my network Hospital for the cover I have kante it's all lies. I went to the hospital early this month and they sent me an invoice, I asked why they didn't claim from my medical aid I was told the medical aid doesn't cover. Why am I paying discovery monthly when I can just move to a more reliable medical cover? You guys are ****MERS
