Network Doctors Not Covered As Per Contract

We are supposed to have doctors visits included in our package once savings are depleted, and I found a doctor on the app that's meant to be covered. Discovery refuses to cover it and I've had to pay cash instead. The doctors office says Discovery has always covered the visits but recently is having issues. Please correct this and refund, this is supposed to be a benefit of our plan!

Hi there, please advise on this, was billed for the doctors visits and I still see that it’s supposed to be fully covered as a network visit.
