Netcare Pholoso Hospital - Practice number ***

This email i sent to discovery before my admission. And now i am liable for the payments. Reference No: ********** 031. ********** 370 I arrived at Polokwane pholoso Netcare @ 09:43 on 31/12/2018 and was admission @ 16:58. The main issue is the CoPayment of R7650.00 which I do not have. I requested to cancel everything until the hospitalmanager agreed that they will waiver the whole amt of R7650. Kindly advice on the matter on how to best to resolve the issue . As per telephone conversation this morning, see attached mail below.This email is in reference to the co-payment fee . The dated of the admission and the email sent to Discovery. Thus, I request that you kindly waive the co- payment fee , for it was impossible for me to make the payment in installment as it was suggested by receptionist. The reason i was admitted was that Mr Molefe approved and confirmed that the co-payment will be waived.
