Netcare Medical Scheme suspended through Discovery Health

I am a member of the netcare medical scheme, my employement start date was 01 May 2019

I have been suspended from the medical aid for the last 2 weeks, I have escalated and called numerous times. two of your consultants have tried their best to assist me in finding out what the problem is ,but to date no constructive feedback.

Myself and 3 other dependants are on the medical aid but the strange thing is my husband who is a dependant is active whilst myself and my 2kids are suspend BUT I am the main member and not my husband.

My reference number is ********** 834 - Case has been escalated from last week to whom I don't know. Please can I have feedback or rather advise me to cancel the medical aid through my employer then. Because joining Netcare Medical scheme is a condition of employment. Please advise accordingly
