Netcare Linkwood payment

I have never had any joy with this insurance.number 1 this insurance is expensive I pay R5600 every month.but I was once referred to a public hospital. I struggle with each and everything authorization I have to fight first before I get what I need. Um highly pregnant and discovery hasn’t made easy for me.um now sure in 2 weeks and still have no payment that was suppose to be made to netcare they keep telling me they paid the hospital says something else. What do I need to do to be taken serious I mean if complaints department can’t help either.I have to book a bed um due for delivery in 2 weeks
