needed to be admitted to hospital 6 July 2015

I was meant to be admitted to hospital on 6 July 2015 it's now 7 July almost 5pm and still nothing from the medical aid its ridiculous.(I understand I haven't been on the medical aid for that long but seriously to have to wait for authorisation to be admitted that's ridiculous). So with discovery key care it's like leave the patient they can wait a few days before we allow authorisation as it's not important at all when a doctor says a patient needs to be admitted. Too many bad experiences from discovery so unhappy we pay for a service that is suppose to be only the best but unfortunately we get only the worst.
