Need to appoint people who keeps promises

Discovery assured me they would pay all procedures in hospital, but did not. Everytime I phone someone says they will phone me back, but no one phones back. I have to keep phoning and phoning and now have been handed over by Dr's for medical bills that they did not pay.

Spoke to someone today that actually phoned me back. She gave a reference number and promised to phone back in 2 days. This might change my review to 5 stars
