Need Information - unpaid Blood Tests !!!

Did that, sent the forms. Got an email from Discovery saying that this is not covered. So a round circle. No auth needed for specialist visit that is covered under Chronic - Doc requests tests - these tests are not covered - what to do now ! Even those there is a specialist benefit available. If a GP fill the blood test out - all these tests will be covered. How can these tests now be covered and Lancet be paid ! Call Discovery at 5pm today and still no information - Consultant said she will call me back at 6:30pm and never did
