Need gap cover but my S.A. phone number does not work overseas.

I have been and still am a client of yours. I am currently overseas for some months and would like a quote for gap cover but your website only offers phone assistance or you need my South African phone number which does not work in Thailand. Please advise how else I can get a quote for gap cover. Thank you.
