Regarding my withdrawal of membership.

23 June 2020, i went to go see Dr Botha, dr treatment incl, alcosec for heartburn & stress related, Dr said if symptoms does not improve i need to come back, so i did on the 8 July 2020, i went to DR Koller, in the same practice, dr botha was off, i told her my heartburn still there, dizziness, and stumic cramps symptoms, Dr said she will send me for a abdomanal sonar, she think its gall stones, on the 9 july 2020, sonar prove gall stones. Dr K oller, gave me a referral letter to see General surgeon, on the 16th july i went to dr van der Merwe, dr vd merwe said, he can see my sonar showing gall stones, but my symptoms still show him, its my stumic, so he choose to do a gastroscopy first, without dr vd merwe diagnose, discovery health cancel my membership, because of non disclosure off gall stones, i only find out i had gall stones on the 9july 2020,when i went for a sonar, i had heartburn symptoms, that is all, from January, no other symptoms, still Dr vd merwe said my symptoms is still my stumic, but discovery did send authorization nr, but with a no decision as yet, it was send to standards at discovery, they then decided with out proper diagnosis from general surgeon, that its my gall bladder, and that i did not tell them when i joint discovery that i had gall stones???? Huh? How was i supposed to to know i had gall stones?? If it only showed on the sonar on 9 of july 2020, i did fill in a dispute online, but still no reply
