Need assistance to make my payment

I need to pay my medical aid premium, but I am not able to add them as a beneficiary on Standard Bank. It seems impossible to get hold of Discovery so they can assist me in making my payment. You would think making a payment would not be such a mission. It's terrible that they are so hard to get hold of. This is not good customer service!
