Need assistance

<p>My medical aid membership was terminated on 31 March 2017 when I lost my job and since the employer was the one contributed I could not continue with the membership. When my membership was active I already had a confirmed pregnancy. I have now found new employment and have an option of joining a medical aid of my choice...will discovery cover my pregnancy/birth or are there any waiting periods and if not will they cover the baby as soon as it is born if I rejoin now?</p>
