My Wife could not be assisted at Arwyp Hospital

It surprises me that every single month I pay R3700 for medical aid contribution and when I need to use it I am told that we are not covered and have to pay cash.<br> The first time this happened was in may after my Wife and I had a car accident, our savings were used.<br> <br> Been taking my son to the doctor, my savings account used. Are we then not covered for consultation?<br> <br> Now this evening my Wife was at Arwyp hospital and was told that we had to pay R8000 cash for her get assisted as I had no funds.<br> <br> I previously sent an email and was only assisted(redirected to somebody else) this was after I followed up on my email after 2 months of no feedback!!!<br> <br> This is bs....and I want nothing to do with such useless medical aid and the provider itself.<br> <br> Tomorrow morning I will cancel my membership with immediate effect...
