My Vitality is Drained -

I not winning . Part of my Discovery vitality benefit is car hire- I simply would like to book car hire in Pietermaritzburg . I logged in to discovery vitality - reward -kulula - car hire - select destination -PMB -NO Options to hire ??????????????. but i call Europe car in PMB and there are cars for that date. I have wasted two hours . I called Europe car call centre(absolutely Shocking attitude ) and I called Discovery vitality (did verification twice got transfer from pillar to post , line was dropped .....not efficient ) and Kulula (8min no answer at all) . Its Insane just to use my vitality discount . Is discovery unable to deliver on there rewards? And are discovery clients supposed to resolve issues between Discovery and there partners ? Would love assistance . Really Im not getting any joy if someone can assist please contact me .
