My shining star- Heroine( WOW)

<p>I would love to take this time to Thank and show gratitude to Terrisa Munsami for her wounderful and amazing services. I was sick and almost close to death from flu and had a problem where i needed to change my GP' cause the one's i had were far from me and Terrisa answered my call and from the get go she was friendly her voice was warm it almost healed me hahaha, anyway she informed me about my 4 out of network benefit that i had no idea existed. Long story short i was helped and i was able to see a doctor that day i called and Terrisa was like an angel sent from above or by the universe hahaha. Wow Terrisa thank you a million for your help i am healed thanks to you. I hope that Terrisa is a reflection of/and a yardstick of the services that discovery thrive for, i haven't had an bad experiences with discovery as yet it has always been great services and comforting voices telephonocally ready to services us. Terrisa you are doing a great job in maintaining Discoverys reputation. Can her Supervisor/ Manager recognise this little star in a big ocean of consultants at discovery for her big then life/ ocean contribution to Discovery's reputation. If there is one person that deserves to be put up as employee of the month and win that incentive it's Terrisa Munsami definitely.
