My Rights have been violated by Discovery Healthcare

Utterly disgusted by Discovery Healthcare. I apparently have been owing an amount from my previous medical aid savings which I have used up. I received no email/ communication in this regard. If anything was sent through I am not aware to the best of my knowledge as my address has changed multiple times since then. When this was eventually brought to my attention I settled all amounts owing through to Discovery. I tried to open up a store account recently and they have advised me that I have a default against. I then called through to TransUnion and they have advised me that Discovery has listed a default against my name. According to the South African Consumer Protection Agency, this is a violation of my rights as I did not receive any notification in writing from the creditor (Discovery) informing you of their intention to list your default payment on the credit bureau? Nor did I ever receive a 20 days notification in writing of the impending listing of your account on the credit bureau. Considering the fact that I have settled the amount in full I expect a removal from the credit bureau as a matter of urgency. I expect urgent feedback on this matter as it has caused a huge inconvenience for me.
