My PathCare results was not covered

My PathCare results was not covered by Discovery where I belong to a Coastal Saver!

Where it was promised that my pathcare results will be covered before submitting it.

This is unacceptable! I am furious and then Discovery wants me to join their Insurance where they cant even cover a basic blood test on Coastal Saver.

You pay R3400 pm but when they must pay for something then they refuse!

I will be cancelling my Health insurance, whats the point of having a insurance if they give you stress
