My nominated primary GP not being allowed to assist me by Discovery

I am currently at my nominated primary GP and I am very sick, but they cannot assist me because of an error from Discovery. Dr Khalida Azmuth is appearing on my Discovery app as my primary GP, but Discovery is telling them that they are not the primary GP and cannot assist me. I have reported the issue to Discovery (assisted by someone called Cebisa) and I am told they are sending an email to a manager to rectify the error. Discovery is just playing with our health now, they don't care about our wellbeing but only the profits they make. All these changes they are making to our medical aid plans are only benefitting them financially, and not us. I am in search of a new medical aid because I am sick of this.
