MY MONEY WAS ******

As a permanent member with dicovery for over 7 years i have never bothered checking my debits, until the end of 2014 i saw my account rapidly declining and started wondering why. I then pulled out bank statements and was shocked to see i was being debited for double my premuim for +_11 months! R11000 of my hard earned savings ******!! Since it was jan 2015 that i had proof of what ***** was taking place they refused to reimburse me. They claim they were liasing with the broker and i was put on a higher plan as the broker never submit the income verification form which i submitted to her yet she submitted bank statements, could they not contact me and let me know, all this without my consent or knowledge of what was being done yet the money was being ****** from me! As a housewife they refuse to pay me back for last year so i and my kids must suffer because my money was ******!! AS A WELL ESTABLISHED BUSINESS HOW CAN U CHEAT PEOPLE AND NOT CARE OF THEIR SITUATION. I am on the verge of taking this matter to court.
