My issue is with the app

My issue is with the app. Jou need a PhD to reach your account and do a simple check about your account. Especially if you're not enrolled for the Vitality option and just need a simple access to your detail. You have to negotiate a ton of non relevant info. I just wanted to check if a doctor entered her claim....and I'm circling round and round...
