My Daughter's Grave's Disease is not a Discovery Health Priority

It has regrettably been over a month that I am awaiting Discovery to load added benefits to my daughter's PMB. Maybe her Graves's disease diagnosed at the age of only 10 years old is not a serious priority. I am sure that the fact that she needs an MRI to ascertain the nerve damage to her eyes, caused as a result from the disease, can wait as you transfer me from department to department and delay feedback every 5 - 7 working days. Maybe I don't pay enough on my premium and maybe you have class differentiation in helping members of your scheme.

Honestly, I cannot fathom that a 10 year old with this diagnosis has no effect on your bottom line and you will shift me from department and call center agent obviously in the hope to discourage me and leave my daughter without the care i thought I pay for. You guys are dishonest ******* that manipulate people with your processes to discourage them from using benefits they actually pay for. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reviewer Update
So by getting back to me, does that mean sending the Dr another list of documents needed which will take another 5 - 7 days to review? Clearly we start diverting responsibility again and no concern of mine was addressed nor was I alerted of any investigation into the matter. Thank you however for your clever automated response which has a merge field for reviewer's name!
