My daughter is denied having a beautiful smile..........

I am so discussed in Discovery Aid and its not the first time I am given incorrect information. I was on Delta Classic and upgrade last year, then discussed my medical with a discovery consultant which informed me that I will never pay additional payments except for my self-payment gap again because I upgraded again to this time Comprehensive and I especially discussed her need to have braces. Now my daughter needs to have a dentist operation and I have to pay R4000. I don't know why a person has to pay THOUSANDS of rands but I still need to pay out of my own pocket.

I am a single parent with no support system s****ping ends meet every month, making sure my daughter is on the best medical aid but hell this is a literally sorry baby girl, you cannot have a beautiful smile because Medical Aid is useless having......
