My daughter cany even see an ENT without Discovery making a huge issue!!!

<p>My daughter recently turned 2. We have been with Discovery since 2014. When my ex husband and i decided to divorce in 2016 we split our medical, him and my daughter on his and my son and i stayed on my plan. My daughter has been constantly sick, since March, first terrible ear infections, then nose and upper respiritory infections and now last 3 times has had severe tosiliytis, last week sunday we rushed her to the emergency room due to fever fits as i could not break her fever for several hours, and one point it was 42° and thats when i decided to rush her to emergency as she started to fit, on the way she vomitted and that seems to help break the fever and it came down to just under 39° when we arrived . This whole past week i have been trying to get her to be able to go to an ENT so we can see what to do for her as everytime she is on antibiotics she gets thrush regardless of probiotics and it gives her terrible nappy rash because it disrupts her whole digestive system. Her stomache runs. She has lost 2,5kg coming down from 11kg to 8,5kg in the space of two months. And this is not at all healthy for an already small and petite child. When she is sick she stops eating for days and we have to force feed her to get some nutrition in her so she can have her medicine. We are not sick people and only go to the docter or emergency when absolutely nessesary. We have never used the specialist amount but we have to prove everything? All Discovery can do is pull the records of recent docters records. Pathetic. I work and dont have the time and aortime to run around getting info they already have on their systems. We pay every month religeously, but when wr need discovery there are issues. Fed up. Amd another thing. They were unable to gove me medical information when i called. Her parent and principle guardian. I wad asked to get my ex husband to fill in a 5 page document so i can gain information about my daughter and her docters visits. Really? Then my husbands phones them and asks about this form and gets told its a medical proxy or power of attorney and now he refuses to sign it?? Making an alreafy volatile relationship more strained. Annoyed beyond measure!!!!!</p>
