My Account is still not paid

My son was born on the 19th of July and unfortunately home affairs has captured him incorrectly. The birth certificate that was received from home affairs was captured as the 22nd of July. I went from Pillar to post trying to sort out the certificate issue for Discovery to receive the correct documents. I finally received the correct birth certificate with the correct date of birth which is the 19th. Discovery keeps telling me that they have amended his birth date but this morning when I called it still shows as the 22nd of July. What is the issue now???????? when will that be sorted so that you can pay my bill? and I have an email from Discovery advising me that as soon as I submit the amended birth certificate everything will be paid but that was a lie
