my 2yr son almost died bcoz they refused admission

My 2yr old son had seizures in April&June 2015, but he wasn't diagnosed with febrile seizures, yet discovery diagnosed him on their own & put a 12 month waiting period since August 2014 on their plan. He had only one seizure in October 2013. They refused to pay his hospital bill in April yet he was admitted & they were refusing to pay in June 2015 also,but Shifa Hospital begged and pleaded with discovery to give authorisation as he was in a very bad condition, discovery requested treatment plans and spoke to GP and they even refused to give us a 24 hour emergency authorisation, they finally Authorised 7 hrs later. We had no money to even go to another hospital. Discovery doesn't care that they put a toddlers' life in danger. All they care about is taking our money. We can't afford to pay the April Hospital bill & pay medical aid at the same time. why should we pay april bill wen he wasnt diagnosed wud febrile seizures,but his thornsils was making his temperature go up.
