Multiple debits
I moved from my husband's costal saver plan to an individual key care plan as if 1 April 2020. I was put back into his plan on 23 April 2020 of which he paid for April and May via eft as advised by the call center agent and their supervisor. I was debited in May as well.
As 1 June, I was once again debited and his premium was not updated. We cannot understand why as multiple calls, multiple agents and high call costs incurred by us and this is still not resolved.
Speaking to multiple call centre agents, multiple managers all advising different resolutions and still today making excuses as to why it is not resolved. The current manager is asking us why a withdrawal was not sent but we were not advised to do so, my question is why?
My current debit orders have now all been rejected as I did not have enough money in my account for the medical aid premium as this was not supposed to be taken out.
Who is going to be liable for the debit rejection costs?
My husband and I have been discovery health clients for over 10 years, never missing a premium and this is how we are treated? Agents trying to find a way to escape blame?
