MSA USED FOR CHRONIC

<p>I am totally shocked that Discovery Health is deducting my sensors from my MSA account. That is TOTALLY unacceptable. The DEXCOM CGM is a device funded by Discovery, how come the consumables are not? That is *****ing money from your members. In order to have the Dexcom CGM running you need the monthly consumables otherwise what is the use of having it and funding the device only? I also received an email stating my insulin will only be covered partially? How can they just chop and change formulary medication whenever they like? Is that treating costumers fairly? They are not giving me the consumables I need to use the machine and they are just changing their funding structure as they like. I want my MSA refunded for the sensors claimed, I want my sensors sent to me for the months I couldn’t claim for it because I wanted to save up my MSA for emergencies. This is day light *******. I am on the Classic Comprehensive not the keycare plan. I pay a huge premium each month! I can't see why I must fund my own sensors it is unacceptable. membership nr: ********** 52 </p>
