MSA TRANSFER NIGHTMARE!!!!!

Why is it such a nightmare to have MSA balances transferred between medical aids, managed by discovery???? I have been sent from pillar to post for the past for 4 weeks in a row.

I have a pressing medical condition needing attention , and can't be sorted out because of this transfer debacle!!!!
