MSA savings

I was with Discovery health through my employer. I left the employer last month due to the fact that I'm emigrating next month. On cancellation of my medical aid nobody from Discovery contacted me to advise me on the process of having my MSA paid out or to ask if I'd like to continue my cover. Instead I had to call up and down to them to find out whats going on. I received conflicting stories about the timeline of the payout for the MSA. First I was told it would take around 4 days so I didn't worry too much about it. On the next call I was told 4 and a half months!!! To have my money paid back to me?? So on the 9th I sent an urgent email requesting my MSA to be paid earlier. It laid there until the 13th without being attended to. I called in and the call centre guy told me it would take 3-5 days for payment to be made. It still hasn't been paid and now I'm being told it will take another 5 to 7 working days. the finance department has been \busy"with it since the Friday when I called them to get a move on. I'm trying to get all my finances sorted before I move and Discovery is really slowing me down now. SORT THIS OUT PLEASE!!! I'm sick of it"
