MSA REFUND
As per my previous complaint, your response stated [\We will refund the remaining funds in the MSA to you...the first claims run in the fifth month after the withdrawal date. This is a LAW on all medical schemes."]. This is merely discovery policy NOT LAW as you have posted and while you may be in line with your policy it is a rather questionable one as [\""The refund usually takes place on the first run of the fifth month"

09 Sept 2015, 08:25Hello Bella.E,
Thank you for raising your concerns again regarding the refund of your Medical Savings Account (MSA). Although we understand your stance on the matter, we would like to assure you that this process is in line with the Discovery Health Medical Scheme rules. Should a member wish to have their positive funds transferred to another Scheme, the details of the Scheme would need to be relayed to us at the time so that it can be captured accordingly. However, it is important to also note that the time-frame for the transfer would be the same as with the refund.
We are truly sorry that we're not able to change the outcome to your satisfaction and hope that you understand our stance on this.
Regards
Arthi
