MSA PAYOUT NIGHTMARE!!!

<p>I left discovery September last year and MSA payout funds were released on the 11th of Feb 2017 with the money to reflect on my account on the 16th of Feb. On the 16th the funds were not there and I was told it was due to me being scheduled on a monthly cycle instead of a daily cycle claim payout.I was then told they had changed me to a daily cycle and my funds would reflect on the 21st in my back account and guess what there is nothing. Ive been given different updates with one consultant telling me on the 20th that the eft has yet to be processed and on the 22nd another consultant telling me the eft was prcocessed on the 21st at 5pm and now today on the 23rd I've been told the eft will only be proceeded at midnight. I'm so frustrated and angry!!!!In all my 9 years with Discovery I never claimed and I never missed a payment but now when they owe me my money they can't pay me and all I get are apologies and ref numbers with no resolution. Just give me my money!!!</p>
