MSA Payout

I cancelled my membership and withdrew my MSA at the end of May and was told that I had to wait for 4 months for the credit balance to be paid out. I've waited for 4 months to pass and now I'm being told i have to wait a further 20 days. Everyone could explain very quickly that service providers had up to 4 months to make claims against my account which is why i had to wait for that period to pass but now that its ended, no one can give me a credible reason as to why I have to wait for 3 more weeks. They say thats just the way it is and I'm welcome to complain about it to no one in particular but just their general queries email address.<br> <br> I get that I don't matter to Discovery anymore and that my measly R11000 is nothing in their billion rand surplus funds, so can someone please just pay me my money immediately so we don't have to deal with each other anymore.
