MSA payment from Discovery

I have resigned from Discovery medical aid on the 31st July to joiñ Bankmed, I asked them to trànsfer my savings into Bankmed and I was told it's not possible, they will process refund on the 9th December, and during that period I am struggling with my 6months old child without MSAs. Today, I make a follow up, just to be told they will transfer my MSA to Bankmed because they are the same group. I went through tedious long onboarding process, now because it suits them, they are same company

I want my money into the bank account, I was buying medication cash during the time you froze my MSA. I want each and every cent. Try me and transfer my MSA to Bankmed without my consent, that's the day I cancelled even Bankmed medical aid.
