Msa early payout

My medical aid was terminated the end of September 2017 .I have sent two times the letter of motivation for early payout of my msa and the first was about middle September...I think I phoned 3 times just to hear what the status is on my early payout.everytime they tell me they escalate it.I mean what is the reason for an early payout when still have to wait this long.I need that money and why should you beg for your own money?I don't have any claims left and in the letter I stated that I take responsibility for any outstading claims anyway.
