MSA being used for chronic benefits
I have 3 major queries on our medical aid savings! !! <br> My Fiance is a chronic asthmatic and discovery only paid part of the doctor visit.. where last year they paid the full amount. The have also taken his chronic medication from our medical aid savings... he then went for an mri and we paid 2750 in a co payment the radiologist claimed 6123 and discovery only paid 4288 what happened to the 2750 that we paid??? also we submitted a claim for the orthopedic surgeon when we had MSA available and discovery only paid 347 out of the 850!!! I am still waiting for feedback as to why it wasn't paid in full when we had over R900 in savings! <br> <br> My Fiance is busy with clients the whole week. Please call me tomorrow at 11 am or after 2 pm! <br>

As discussed, the Chronic Illness Benefit medication that was approved for your fianc? was not paid from your Medical Savings Account. I can also confirm that I have requested that the claim for the co-payment be reprocessed to be paid to you as per the proof of payment that you have submitted. This will take two to three working days to reprocess.
You may send your claims to *** for capturing and processing. Please include your proof of payment so that we may process the claim to be paid to you.
