I had a hospital plan that I was paying for my son Sizwe Mbele that was canceled last year already but they keep on debiting my account every month. Sad part is the debit order it's always returned and they charge me 25 for the unpaid, I keep calling, writing mails to Discovery to explain the matter. Each time that I call they said they will fix till now it's still deducting my question is who is going to return my R25 for unpaid? Can Discovery take this matter seriously as it costing me a lot. Thanks
