I have been harrassed the entire year by telemarketers about a matter that was said to be resolved and Credit Profile ruined due to incompetency staff of Mr Adrian Gore Ceo of discovery

On the 29th of Jan I was involved in a horrific car accident that claimed 3 life's and 5 permanently disabled and I walked away with a cut under the lip, tooth sensativity and some soft tissue injuries as the Dr's advised as I woke up 6+ hours later as I was obviously rushed to the Emergency unit in an ambulance

My plan had savings which were exhausted as they used them up and covered me if involved in an accident which I explained to several consultants & Managers on multiple occasions

I was advised only the correct claim code needs to be updated as I was in a car accident so they can be able to refund me R1900 that I paid on the day R700 which I had 2 pay 2 see the Dr the following day as I couldn't move my back "shoulder blades, Neck and lower back) R6000 of my savings on my medical aid which they used as they didn't update the" claims code" as the managers advised

Whats also proves that all of this is a scarm/day light ******* I currently have another medical aid plan with them different plan (as I was forced to have 1 by new employers) they still sending me letters and telemarketers to annoiy me while I have to read live the experience of loosing my friends in that eccident and my Credit Profile is getting ruined in the process
