Movie cards not working and Discovery Vitality not available all day to sort this mess!!!

Took my kids to the movies today, only to get there and my kids vitality cards are not working or whatever and they are not getting free moviess but I'm expected to pay, our vitality assessments are up to date, phoned vitality and they don't work on weekends, send Watsapp chat since 11am on 22june, I was no 42, it took over two hours to get to no 2, at no2 they pushed me back to no 95, took all day to get to no 17, they pushed me back again- long story short its midnight right now and still never got a consultant to assist, my kids were disappointed cause we didn't see a movies we went back home- I send messages to fb inbox no response, Noone available at call centre nobody available on the chat- I promised my kids I will sort this out and take them out in dubday 23june but I'm seeing that its not going to happen cause nobody is available to sort this mess- Discivery what is going on?? Why are u failing us? We understand things happen but why are u not available to sort out your problems??? I'm super annoyed!!! You better call me and sort this out- you have ruined our weekend!!!
