Motivation Declined

On the 19 of June an authorisation was approved with a co-payment for a procedure to be performed on the 27th for my son. I am so mad at the reasons for declining the motivation to waiver, I mean I'd come get the same procedure done at the coast paid for by discovery without a co-payment but at an expense of my son having no one to look after him and that would mean short period for him to get better because now the schools will be open, how petty is this..as a mother I'm appalled, its school holidays for heaven sake my son will have my mother to look after him after this procedure, this is appalling, so I'm a member of a medical aid that's run by robots that can not empathise with their members and look at a case on its own merit without being so driven by your so called rules. So frustrated
