Most Pathetic Service Every from Discovery Health

I am extremely frustrated. I have been trying to get hold of an agent for 2 days now. I have tried yesterday to contact them via the Whatsapp online chat which is a complete waste of time. Two people have joined the chat, and have promised to call me but no one has contacted me. Today I have called in but only to be told that they have system issues and will call me back. I do not believe for one second that they will call me back after yesterday's empty promises. It is pathetic the way in which customers are treated.
